We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
Do Not Track
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services.
California and certain other U.S. state residents may opt out of tracking technologies by broadcasting an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) (on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal). To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, click here: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use. Your request to opt-out of sale/sharing will be linked to your browser identifier only and not linked to any account information because the connection between your browser and the account is not known to us. If you would like us to make the connection between your browser and your account, and you have not yet opted out of sale/sharing your personal information, please visit this webpage.
Promotional Communication
We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any email we send, or you can contact us using the contact details provided in the “Contact Us” section below. You will continue to receive service-related messages concerning products and services you have purchased (unless we have indicated otherwise).
Cookies
We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file.
On the Sites, we use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate the Sites by remembering your locale preferences and to improve and track the overall experience on our Sites. For the Sites, we set a persistent cookie to authenticate your login and authorization to use the services. Persistent cookies enable us to track, store and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on the Sites. If you reject cookies, you may still use the Sites, but your ability to use some areas of the Sites may be limited.
Most modern browsers allow you to change your cookie settings. You can usually find these settings in the options or preferences menu of your browser. To understand these settings, the following links for commonly used browsers may be helpful:

Third Party Analytics Tools
Beyond the personally identifiable information you voluntarily provide to us directly, we utilize analytics tools including third party technologies, such as Google Analytics, to collect information utilizing cookies. Certain types of information, including geolocation, device type, onsite website usage and behavior, demographic data, and purchase history, is collected and aggregated across the users of our Sites for our analysis and advertising efforts. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information. You may also choose to download the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Third Party Advertising Tools
We use Google Ads and similar types of technologies to display relevant advertisements to users who have previously visited the Sites. Referred to as remarketing or retargeting, we may utilize previous session information to serve display advertisements to you on the Sites and based on such session information Google may set a cookie and serve ads to you on third party websites on the Google Display Network. Third party vendors such as Google may display our ads on websites across the Internet. Aggregated user data may be utilized to create remarketing/retargeting “lists,” or groups of users with similar onsite behaviors or demographics. We also use Google tools to display advertisements to users based on their inferred interests and demographics.
You can learn more about how to control advertising cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out link, the DAA’s Consumer Opt-Out link for browsers, or the DAA’s opt-out link for mobile devices. Please note that electing to opt-out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser or applications and may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.
AddThis Plugin Tools. We also use AddThis social plugin tools to allow visitors to share pages of our websites to their social media and record analytic data to deliver targeted advertising. Please refer to Add This’s Privacy Policy for more information. To learn more about how to opt out of third-party, interest-based advertising enabled by Oracle Data Cloud, including AddThis, visit Oracle’s Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising. Please note that electing to opt-out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser or applications and may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.
